GVNW USF Solutions is a platform that allows users to access the Oklahoma Universal Service Fund (OUSF) electronic filing system (E-File), view and download OUSF instructions, forms and Commission Orders.

GVNW USF Solutions allows providers and third party filers to easily access the electronic filing systems (E-File) for all of the State Universal Service Fund programs that GVNW Consulting,
A Vantage Point Company currently manages, using a single sign-on. This includes the Illinois USF, Kansas USF, New Mexico SRUSF, Oklahoma USF and Pennsylvania USF.

Oklahoma Universal Service Fund

GVNW Consulting, Inc. is the OUSF Manager for the Oklahoma Universal Service Fund (OUSF). All contributions and distributions will be made through GVNW. Carrier Remittance Worksheets are to be submitted online only, via GVNW’s Online Worksheet Submission Electronic-File feature.

All OUSF contribution payments are to be remitted directly to First Fidelity Bank in Oklahoma City, OK. Please refer to the OUSF Payment & Worksheet Submission Information (Attachment B) for more information.

Important Announcements

The proceeding in Cause No. OSF 201900316, to determine the Oklahoma USF assessment factor and contribution methodology for July 2020 – June 2021 is still ongoing. At this time, the OUSF contribution factor will remain the same at 6.28% until the Oklahoma Corporation Commission issues an Order.
